In California they take those homes by Eminent Domain. Our 1890 Victorian Mansion in Downtown Los Angeles was taken by the county and developers. Instead of $5 million they gave us $500 and 30 days to leave in 2003.

Teddy Bears Picnic is one of my favorites ❤ a relative of mine gave me a teddy bear when i was born that had a music box in its tummy and when you turned the key in the back of the teddy bear it played that tune. I still have it and now my toddler sleeps with it ❤
